I am all about deep chats, walks in nature + soul level connections.

My life is led by my intuition, my body wisdom + my higher guidance. I believe that leaning into trust + surrender is the path to peace, and understanding how our mindset effects our experiences is empowering. In heightened moments when life shows its wildness, I do my best to let go and hold a higher perspective so I may connect to gratitude + grow.

This is the foundation I bring to my clients; the wisdom + lessons I have learned through my own challenging times, and the tools, training + techniques I now use to navigate life. My presence is safe, grounding, comforting + empowering. Holding space for others transformations is an honor + a privilege, and I am grateful for the opportunity to do so.
