I answer to you, not a system, not an authorizing body, not a standard of protocols. I have you + your families best interest at heart, and I respect you as the authority over your birth experience.

My mission is to support you in aligning your mind, body + soul with the pregnancy, birth and postpartum experience you deeply desire. I am a gifted space holder, and will maintain the energy of your altered states while you discover the fullness of your power in birth. I can support you in reconnecting to trust and utilizing intuition as your guide, while you give birth in a way that makes you feel honored, seen, heard, safe, and respected. I value radical responsibility and believe in your natural ability to give birth on your terms.

In our time together, my intention is to connect with you on a soul level and become friends. I want to get to know you deeply not only so my service to you feels nourishing and aligned, but also so we can carry our connection beyond birth and into a sisterhood of mothers.

I am informed in many areas of birth however, my expertise and experience is based in homebirth and preparing for a physiologic birth mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically. No matter your journey, I will remain a grounded source of reassurance + strength throughout. I am intuitively sensitive and empathic, and use a holistic approach to birth, motherhood + all areas of life.

I have been educating myself on many topics over the years including herbal medicine, homeopathy, energy and crystal healing and holistic nutrition especially for pregnancy + postpartum. In the last 5 years I took a deep dive into the physiology of pregnancy, labor + birth, home birth and hospital management, and the power of our mind. I plan on continuing my knowledge quest in all areas that resonate with self empowerment.

I experienced my own transformational birth at home in April 2022 with my daughter.

I am also a certified Massage Therapist since 2019 with the Cypress Health Institute of Santa Cruz, certified Reiki Practitioner and in my second year of my Belief Re-patterning Practitioner program which I use in my 1:1 coaching offering.

I completed my Holistic Doula Certification with the wise midwife, Whapio, through The Matrona program in January 2024 and I am enrolled in a year long mentorship beginning in September 2024 with experienced Calgary Doula and ceremonialist, Siân.
