I am honored you are taking the time to consider me as a support along your healing and growth journey.
Together we create a sacred container for some of your most profound work. We begin with a grounding meditation, calling in any messages and insight that may support your highest good and desired outcome. I then hold space for the intimate details of what you are hoping to release and move towards. I listen for patterns, the words you’re using and what it is you truly desire. Once we have a clear vision of our path, I allow my intuition to guide me in creating unique and powerful statements using the Belief Re-patterning®️ technique.
As we work through the statements together, you will feel your energy and mindset shift while new perspectives begin to form. These statements assist you in intentionally transmuting old beliefs, emotions and behaviors no longer serving you, while simultaneously creating new neural pathways that allow you to realize your potential and connect to your purpose. Throughout a session I utilize the healing energy of Reiki, or use visualization techniques to serve you on your journey.
Each session is highly individualized and specific to the uniqueness of your situation and energy. Choosing to work together will lead you towards your true state of being, the person you desire to show up as – the person you came here to be.
